Connie O’Reilly, an Irish-American hotelier has invested €1.5m into Cavan’s four-star Crover House Hotel. The venue increased its staff from 80 employees to 120 last year, and following this recent financial investment over the last 12 months the hotel underwent a complete refurbishment of the ballroom. It updated and extended its wedding facility by adding a bespoke conservatory, designed and manufactured by award-winning Hampton Conservatories. The kitchen also doubled in size to cater for the increased volume of weddings which is likely to boom after this investment. For more details visit www.croverhousehotel.ie CL
